• Edwards Lifesciences, LLC and EndoGAD Pty, Ltd. v. Cook Incorporated, Medtronic, Inc., Medtronic AVE, Inc., and W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. (N.D. California 2003-2009). Subject: Patent infringement action concerning endovascular stent-grafts for treating aneurysms. Resolution: Patents held not infringed on summary judgment. The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the decision. Mr. Schigelone represents Cook Incorporated.
