David P. Lindner
Mr. Lindner's practice focuses on litigation, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, and opinion counseling. His experiences include technologies such as telecommunications, computer networks, the Internet, computer software, speech systems, power meters, electronic circuitry, medical inhalation devices, and business method patents. He also has experience with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Mr. Lindner is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee. He works with Lawyers for the Creative Arts to provide legal assistance to individuals in the arts, and he has volunteered with Cabrini Green Legal Aid.
