Mr. Badger's practice includes preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, negotiation and preparation of intellectual property licenses, joint development agreements and other contracts and counseling on inter-party conflicts. He is experienced in all aspects of intellectual property law with over forty years experience in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret protection, litigation, licensing and counseling.
