Danielle C. Cendrowski

Ms. Cendrowski’s practice of intellectual property law focuses on patent litigation, prosecution and opinions. Her patent prosecution practice focuses primarily in the mechanical arts including medical devices. Ms. Cendrowski also practices in trademark and copyright litigation.

• Noven Pharmaceuticals v. Watson Laboratories et al. (D.N.J. 2011). Litigating patents under Hatch Waxman relating to a methylphenidate transdermal system sold by Noven as Daytrana^®.
• In the Matter of [Asylum Applicant] (U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, 2011). Represented on a pro bono basis a refugee from Togo seeking asylum on the basis of political beliefs. Applicant obtained asylum.
• Certain Electric Fireplaces, Components Thereof, Manuals for Same, Certain Processes for Manufacturing or Relating to Same and Certain Products Containing Same, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-791. Representing complainants Twin-Star International and TS Investment Holding Corp. in the ITC investigation.
