Carolyn Brougham

Ms. Brougham's practice of intellectual property law focuses on patent litigation, with a particular emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. She has also provided strategic advice regarding freedom to operate and patent prosecution.

• Representing a global developer of health care devices in a patent infringement action involving ten patents and several medical technologies used during endoscopic procedures.
• Representing the patentee in an infringement action for technologies used during aortic intervention.
• Representing a generic pharmaceutical company in a patent infringement action brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
