Bryan Leitenberger
Mr. Leitenberger's practice focuses in all areas of intellectual property law including patent prosecution, opinion work and patent litigation.
Mr. Leitenberger’s prosecution practice and opinion work concentrate on green technology, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
He is experienced in all stages of litigation, including evaluating infringement and validity positions, handling discovery, preparing for summary judgment, and drafting pre-trial and trial motions. He is also experienced in Hatch-Waxman litigation and preparing detailed statements for Paragraph IV certification.
Prior to law school, Mr. Leitenberger worked in the refining industry, assisting in the start-up of new refining units and troubleshooting problems in existing units.
