Mr. Edlavitch focuses his practice on patent acquisition and prosecution, including developing patent procurement and prosecution strategies, preparing due diligence assessments and identifying licensing opportunities. His experience also includes patent litigation in the areas of software, mobile electronics, computer information systems and electrical engineering.
