Aaron A. Mitchell
Mr. Mitchell’s intellectual property law practice focuses on both patent prosecution and patent litigation. Mr. Mitchell has a background in electrical engineering and mathematics, and focuses his patent prosecution practice on the areas of electrical and computer technology and mechanical arts. His prosecution practice often includes technologies such as computer software, electronic circuitry, computer and automation networks, telecommunications, security technologies, audio processing, and signal coding. Mr. Mitchell has also drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications in various other fields, ranging from ion mobility spectrometer systems to fence lattices. In addition, Mr. Mitchell has assisted in the defense of multiple patent litigations.

Mr. Mitchell strongly believes in giving back to the community. He is an active member of the Lawyer’s Committee for Better Housing Young Professional’s Board, and has represented numerous tenants pro bono in various tenant/landlord eviction disputes. In addition, Mr. Mitchell has served as a volunteer mock trial coach and has coached or assisted in coaching high school football, middle school basketball and rec league soccer.
