A. James Richardson
Mr. Richardson is the managing attorney for the Indianapolis office and is involved in all aspects of intellectual property practice, including patent prosecution, licensing and litigation of intellectual property, protection of trade secrets, trademarks and publicity rights.
Mr. Richardson has experience in a wide range of technologies, including plastic container manufacturing, other plastics molding, pavement resurfacing equipment, spectrographic equipment and various machine and environmental control and instrumentation systems.
Mr. Richardson has contributed to numerous seminars and has served as an expert witness in several litigated matters.
