A. John Murray, Ph.D.
Dr. Murray's practice includes patent prosecution, interference, opinions and litigation, primarily in the areas of biotechnology, medical devices and in vitro diagnostics. He is experienced in writing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications relating to diagnostic and therapeutic methods, pharmaceutical compositions and reagent kits.
Prior to joining Brinks, Dr. Murray had extensive experience in the development of immunochemical test methods and medical device instrumentation, including the development of radioactive and non-radioactive immunoassay test methods, solid-phase microparticle separation techniques, automated immunoassay instrumentation and compilation of submissions to regulatory agencies. He was also the co-inventor on a number of U.S. patents.
